Along comes Pete to help with the
rebuilding of the front wings .
Not much to say really.. except so far so good. New nuts n bolts used. Engine
fan has been removed, hopefully to be replaced with electrical ones.
Its getting there....
Time for the radiator. The one I had taken off originally had a small leak.
It's just as well I got a spare one.
See the fans? There in there somewhere. The horn has packed up, but i fitted
it anyway. Worry about that later.
And back on go's the front bumper.
Time to call Mark back to finish the offside
lower door mounting and a few odds and ends.
A few holes in floor pan.
I now have a gap between airbox and bulkhead :o)
I'm soooo happy
lower bulkhead repaired, waiting for 3rd
door bolt to arrive.
Again, I cheated a little bit and cut the old bracket off the old wings to save
trying to undo the rubber hoses. I know from experience that it's a pain to
bleed the brakes on this Rangie.
Wire the fans in, and the wireing for the 2nd battery etc.
Outer wing go's on and make a start on fitting the lights.
A few wires to sort out and the refitting
of the glovebox etc....
Finally the Battery's and outer wing once the last door bolt arrived and there
you have it... a few cable ties and thats just about done it.!!!
